Have your current fitness levels evaluated. The results are used to create a well-rounded program designed to meet your specific goals and needs. An evaluation consists of health history, goal-setting, previous exercise history, resting health measurement and benefits of personal training. Component of physical fitness evaluated include cardiovascular endurance, body composition, flexibility, muscular endurance and muscular strength.
Do you want to be healthier, more energized and feel better? Accomplish your fitness goals with the aid of a nationally certified personal trainer, who will instruct and motivate you in the areas in which you would like to focus.
Want to “Get Fit” with a friend? Enjoy the same great benefits as personal training, but with another person.
Group Training (4-6 people)
Get your family or friends to exercise together. Whether it’s mom and dad, sons and daughters, friends, neighbors, this group is personalized to your group’s specific needs. We will incorporate many aspects of fitness including cardio, strength, flexibility and balance as well as nutrition. This is your chance to have fun with your family or friends and learn a healthier lifestyle together. This group session will be offered once a week, for 6 weeks (at a variety of times) to ensure each group has their own private session with their trainer.
Personalized Pilates Training
Transform your body, while developing strength, flexibility and balance. We now offer Mat Pilates training with our certified Pilates instructors. This session can be utilized to learn movements that are integral to the group exercise class. Also, each session incorporates movements to lengthen, strengthen, and tone muscles while developing core strength and balance. Appointments available upon request.
When combined with regular physical activity, a well-balanced diet can be the key to regulating body weight, increasing energy levels and improving overall wellness.
Individual Nutrition Counseling
Involves one-on-one time with our Lifestyle and Weight Management Consultant to assess your specific needs and goals.
