Facility Rentals
Rakow Center

The Rakow Center is the perfect place to hold a church function, birthday party or other organizational gathering. You may rent the gymnasium for recreational activities; volleyball, basketball and other equipment is available. We also have rooms where you may have a sit-down meal, party food such as cake and ice cream, or a place to socialize with your friends or coworkers. These rooms can comfortably accommodate as many as 80 people and have complete kitchen facilities.

Looking for a perfect place to hold baby showers, birthday parties or other organizational functions call the Randall Oaks Recreation Center to rent either our gymnasium or multi-purpose room.

Pools
The Dundee Township Park District offers three aquatic facilities available to rent for children’s birthday parties, school or church functions or any other special occasion. Morning and evening rentals (before and after public hours) are semi private. The pool is not open to the public but, multiple parties during the time slot are allowed. Randall Oaks Park

Randall Oaks Park is the largest of the district’s parks, boasting 141 acres of space. It provides the ideal place for a company picnic, parties or reunions.
- Two Shelters with electricity and charcoal grills.
- One Shelter with above amenities plus a kitchen with refrigerator, stove, fieldstone fireplace and attached restrooms.
- Six Picnic areas – each with charcoal grill and five tables.
- Playgrounds, volleyball areas, open fields, horseshoe pits and disc golf.
- Hayrides available (additional fees).
Rental Fees (Resident/Nonresident)
Front ShelterIncludes a grill and 8-10 tables $160/195 (Along side of the Randall Oaks Barnyard Zoo by the playgrounds; accommodates 150 guests comfortably)
Back Shelter**
Includes a grill and 8-10 tables $160/195 (Behind the zoo along the gravel road with sand volleyball area; accommodates 150 guests comfortably.
Community Shelter**
Includes a grill and 13 tables $230/$290 (At end of gravel road in back of park; accommodates 200 guests.
Picnic Area
Includes a grill and five tables $40/$50; accommodates up to 50 guests. If you have more people in your group you will need to rent an additional picnic area nearby. Additional tables $4/$5 each
**Alcohol is only permitted in these areas. A certificate of insurance is required.
Picnic/Shelter Reservations
Reservations for picnic/shelter areas are now being accepted for Dundee Township Park District residents and nonresidents. Contact Park Services between 7:00 am-3:00 pm, Monday-Friday at 847-551-4310, to make your reservation.

Resident and Nonresident
The Dundee Township Park District serves the communities of Carpentersville, East Dundee, West Dundee, Sleepy Hollow and portions of Elgin, Barrington Hills, Hoffman Estates, Gilberts and Algonquin. To accurately determine if you are a resident of the Dundee Township Park District check your real estate tax bill. If you pay taxes to Dundee Township, then you are a resident. In order to receive resident rates you must be able to produce a valid driver’s license and a current property tax bill or utility bill verifying residency at that location.
