Special Events


Celebrate this special day early by participating in our Donuts for Dad 5K & Kids Fun Runs. Bring the entire family to this fun event. Awards will be given to the overall male and female winners and to the top 3 male and female in each age division. T-shirts are guaranteed for all pre-registered runners; and on race day while supply lasts. Pre-registration begins on April 15.

A Donuts for Dad 5K & Kids Fun Runs form must be completed, no other forms accepted. Pre-registration is also available at www.signmeup.com Pre-registration closes on Thursday, June 6 at midnight. After this date no registrations will be accepted until race day. Race day registration is from 7:00-7:45 am for 5K &
7:00-8:30 am for Kids Runs.

$20 – 5K Run (pre-registration)

Cranking out an infectious, modern, pop-rock energy, Hi-Fi Superstars have established themselves as a presence among Chicago's musical skyline by winning a #4 spot from MTV/VMA's "Best Chicago break out band" and a Billboard Award Winner for their song "Milk and Honey".

June 28 - Saturday June Band
Playing an eclectic mix of the 60's through current songs and featuring Jami Dawn one of Chicago's top vocalists, this band will have something for everyone!

Spanning the decades from the 60's to today's top artists, BBI has a music repertoire consisting of Motwon, Rock and Roll, Blues, Classic Rock to current dance hits.

9:30 pm Fireworks*
The Fireworks show may begin up to 30 minutes early or be delayed up to one hour due to inclement weather. The rain-out date for the fireworks is Sunday, June 30 at approximately 9:00 pm.

July 5 - The White Saddle Band
Combining the best of old and new country music as well as Class Rock, R & B, and the Blues, these music veterans have shared the stage with big name artists such as the Charlie Daniels Band, Travis Tritt, Alabama and more!

July 12 - HillBilly Rockstarz
Specializing in covering the latest hits in country music and some of your older favorites, these players have one thing in common...the desire to play great radio friendly country music!

A five piece Rock and Roll band covering hits from the 70's through today, Centerfold is a mainstay on the Chicago Entertainment scene since the late 1970's. Their vocals and energy are a must see!

July 26 - DuPage
From the timeless, soulful sounds of Motown to today's most popular adult contemporary and alternative hits, DuPage plays songs that draw audiences of all ages at festivals and concerts. Their performance is a musical and interactive experience filled with songs for everyone to enjoy!

Get down with the hottest 70's dance tribute band around and groove to the coolest Disco-Funk-Motown show in town! Don't forget to dust off those 70's clothes and come prepared to dance the night away with the band!

Family Camping Festival
August 30-31 • Randall Oaks Park (Front Shelter) - 1180 N. Randall Rd.., West Dundee

There is plenty of summer to enjoy even if school is back in session. Kick up your heels family-style with a campout! Bring your friends and family, tent set-up, sleeping bags, picnic dinner and let us do the rest. There will be lots of activities to participate in or bring a comfy chair to relax in for the evening! Fee is per person, children under 3 are free. Clean, lit washrooms are close and open all night.
