2026-2027 School Year Registration

ALL REGISTRATIONS MUST BE COMPLETED ONLINE.

Please read below carefully before submitting your registration.

• Registration (new and returning) must be completed each school year.
• Registrations can be submitted any time during the school year. Enrollment will be based on availability.
• DTPD cannot accept Flexible Spending Account cards or state funding.

Registration Information:

NEW! Online Registration

• Registration must be completed online.
• Before registering, you must create/update your online household. Select the following for directions.
  • Create 
  • Update (WebTrac)
• You must include first name, last name, birthdate, and incoming school grade (K=.5) of any child you want to enroll.

How to:

Open Registration for all sites begins at 12 am on the morning of June 1 and will close on July 31 at 11:59 pm.

Prior to Open Registration starting, create or update your online household.

If you have previously registered for any program or held any type of membership with the park district, you already have an online account and do not need to create a new one. To retrieve your username or reset your password, please contact the Park District by phone or email. This will prevent you from creating a duplicate account in our system and may delay your registration.

Enrollment is determined based on the order of online entry. If you do not create/update your online household prior to Open Registration, you may miss out on an open spot due to the delay.

Circle of Friends enrollment is not based on residency status for the district, it is based on the school your child attends.

If you are enrolled, your card will be automatically charged the fee for the first month (August), and a $40 registration fee per child. A receipt will be emailed showing your selected enrollment and the fees processed. If you require financial assistance, you will still be required to pay the first month’s fees in full. Once approved, payments will be adjusted accordingly with credits being apply to upcoming months.

If you are waitlisted, your card will be charged only the $40 registration fee per child. A receipt will be emailed to you showing your waitlisted position.

Pay in full is only available if you register during Open Enrollment and pay for the entire school year at that time.

Registrations will be accepted throughout the entire school year. However, only those who receive enrollment during Open Registration will have care provided starting the first day of school.

If you are waitlisted, a program supervisor will reach out approximately two weeks prior to a spot becoming available.

Payments from your credit/debit account will be automatically processed on the first business day of each month. Late payments will be charged a $25 fee. Please see the parent guide for additional fees that may be charged.

2026-2027 School Year Fees

Payments from your credit/debit account will be divided equally over 10 months beginning at the time of registration through April. The fees are based on 175 school days divided equally. Registration fee $40/participant, one time fee for AM & PM registration.

Note: DTPD cannot accept Flexible Spending Account cards or state funding for payment. Additional fees may apply.

Financial Assistance Available

The Corey Siers Memorial Scholarship offers financial support to help families participate in the Before and After School Care program. This assistance is designed for families currently experiencing temporary financial hardship. Please note that this is not a fully funded program; families are still responsible for a portion of the program costs.

Applications are available below and at the Rakow Center and the Randall Oaks Recreation Center. Completed applications, along with all required supporting documents, must be submitted in person due to the sensitive nature of the information.

Registration for Circle of Friends must be completed online. Payment for the first month of care, including a $40.00 registration fee, is required at the time of enrollment. Any approved scholarship discount will be applied to future billing cycles.
