Gold Membership
This membeship includes use of the fitness center, group exercise classes (excluding water fitness), lap swim, sauna, whirlpool, one personal training session, two initial guest passes and one additional guest pass per month.

Corporate Membership
This membership is good for one year and includes all Fitness Center membership privileges. To initiate a corporate rate, the corporation must present a letter with a list of at least three employees. This list must be on file before employees can sign up for a Fitness Center membership and the employee must bring proof of employment. New members may be added at any time during the year. All members must work for the member organization.

All corporate businesses must reside in the Dundee Township in order to receive the corporate rates. Minimum numbers of employees will be required to receive corporate rates.

Short Term Memberships
We offer short term memberships that include all the privileges you get with a regular membership without the commitment.

One Month Membership- $50 resident / $75 nonresident
Three Month Membership- $109 resident / $129 nonresident

Membership Guidelines
  • Proof of residency is required at registration.
  • Individual Membership - any individual between the ages of 18-61.
  • Additional Family - parents and/or their unmarried children, ages 14-24 years, residing at the same address. Proof of address will be required.
  • Senior - any individual 62 years of age or older.
  • Student - any individual between the ages of 14-24, currently enrolled as a full-time student. Proof of current enrollment is required.
  • Members 14-15 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.
  • All new members are encouraged to complete a free fitness orientation.
  • Members 18 years of age and older may use the whirlpool. (no children or high school students)
  • Members must dress appropriately: shirts and shoes are required, no sandals allowed.

Purchase a 30 day membership to the Fitness Center for only $30 for residents and $45 for non-residents. Get started on the path to a healthy life!

Buy a 90 day Fitness Center membership for only $90 for residents and $120 for non-residents. This is a great value!

We offer a variety of exercise classes which are held at the Recreation & Fitness Center. Unlimited use exercise class passes are available for all exercise classes, so you can mix and match to meet your needs. Simply present the pass at class.

EXERCISE CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

POWER HOUR
Strengthen and reshape your body with the use of weights, tubing and Resist-a-Balls. A challenging workout for all levels of fitness.

CARDIO CHALLENGE
A cardiovascular class without all of the fancy steps. Join us for a heart-pumping workout.

GET STARTED
If your goal is to become more active, lose weight or develop a healthy lifestyle, then join us for a fun workout.

50/50
Every class will begin with a different 1/2 hour of cardiovascular training and finish with a 1/2 hour of body specific strength exercises.

SPIN & ABS
This is an hour class with the last 15 minutes of stretching and ab work.

SPIN & PUMP
Half the class will be spin to warm up the muscles and burn calories, and the second half will be lifting weights to kick the metabolism into gear.

GO LOW, NOT SLOW
This moderate to high intensity program stresses low impact movements.

PILATES
Pilates is a mind/body relationship that focuses on breathing and the powerhouse muscles (abdominals and low back).

SPIN
This indoor cycling program is for participants of all fitness and skill levels.

BOOT CAMP/CONDITIONING
Our Boot Camp drill sergeant will work your cardio, plus make sure your muscles get a good workout.

YOGA BODY & MIND
De-stress & recharge your body through Yoga postures combined with traditional strengthening and stretching exercises ending in relaxation and meditation.

CARDIO/STRENGTH
First half of the class will be a cardio workout, kickboxing, step and circuit. The second half will incorporate strength training with weights, bands and balls. This is a high energy, basic moves class.

HOT FLOW YOGA
This is truly an awakening class for the body and mind. You will leave this class with energy to make it through the day.

GENTLE FLOW YOGA
This class will relax you for the evening hours. It incorporates forward bends and deep breathing to take the body and mind down from a long, stressful day.

ZUMBA
Intense aerobic dance workout with pulsating Latin music. This is a high energy, low impact class. Ditch the workout; join the party!
BABYSITTING

Babysitting at the Recreation & Fitness Center is available to children 6 weeks - 8 years whose parents remain in the building. Our experienced staff is CPR and First Aid certified. A child information sheet must be filled out at the Recreation Center front desk or in the babysitting room prior to leaving your child for the first time. Reservations must be made 24 hours in advance for infants, ages 6 weeks - 15 months, by calling 847-428-7131.
