The Dundee Township Park District
SENIOR CENTER

The Senior Center is a place for adults age 50 or better. We offer a wide variety of classes, special events, trips, extended tours, fitness programs, card playing groups, social clubs and more! Everyone is welcome, so bring a friend with you! We are open Monday through Friday from 8 am to 4 pm. For more information, or to receive our newsletter, please call 847-551-4307. The Senior Center is located at 665 Barrington Ave. in Carpentersville.

Day Trip Refund Policy
Because we must finalize full payment six weeks prior to our event, the following procedures are always in place: If you must cancel your day trip, we will do our best to find you a replacement. When a replacement is found, our Park District will issue a full refund. If we do not find a replacement, we are unable to refund your money. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding.

Knit Wits
Beginner, veteran and social knitters are welcome to join this informal class. We will meet once a week to get together, knit and socialize.
Bring your own supplies or they will be furnished. Tuesdays at 12:30 pm

UFO Classes (Unfinished Sewing Projects)
Friday, February 19 and April 16, 12-6 pm, Fee $3

Brainstormers Club
Third Monday of the month, 10am

This class is designed as aquilting bee (social get together) OR for learning. The choice is yours! Feel free to stop in on Wednesday mornings to work on your quilts individually.

Older American Month Celebration

Elgin Community College Concert Band - March 17, 7:00 pm
The band is made up of people from the Elgin area with a love for playing music. Members range from high school students to senior citizens. Their band is comprised of a wind ensemble with percussion accompaniment.
