Day Trip Refund Policy
Because we must finalize full payment 6 weeks prior to our event, the following procedures are always in place: If you must cancel your day trip, we will do our best to find you a replacement. When a replacement is found, our Park District is in a position to issue a full refund. If we do not find a replacement, we are unable to refund your money. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding.Many more trips will be planned during the year. Feel free to stop by our front desk for more information.
