Chair Yoga | 50 years & older
Yoga can be adapted to the needs of people with mobility issues by designing workable yoga poses on a chair. These positions are aimed to enhance overall physical fitness and enable seniors to continue normal daily activities, engage in hobbies, perform coordinated movements to keep from falling, control pain and derive a sense of well-being.

Chair Tai-Chi QiGong | 50 years & older
QiGong involves slow, gentle movements synced with deep breathing and mental awareness to strengthen and stretch the body to increase fluid movement. We will use chairs to heighten your awareness of how your body moves through space to improve your balance and safely increase your range of motion during these slow movements.
