Practice Yoga adapted to the needs of those with mobility issues. Be led through seated Yoga poses designed to enhance your overall physical fitness and control pain. Chair Tai-Chi QiGong | 50 years & older
QiGong involves slow, gentle movements synced with deep breathing and mental awareness to strengthen and stretch the body to increase fluid movement. We will use chairs to heighten your awareness of how your body moves through space to improve your balance and safely increase your range of motion during these slow movements.
