ADA

Everyone is welcome to attend Dundee Township Park District programs and facilities regardless of ability. Accessibility is achieved when people with disabilities are considered in all aspects of programs, services, and facilities, with or without modifications, so that they can fully experience, participate in, and enjoy parks and recreation. If anyone in your family would like to participate in a Park District program but requires special facilities or equipment because of a disability, please get in touch with our ADA Compliance Officers

The Park District will make reasonable accommodations in recreational programs and facilities to enable participation by an individual with a disability. The ADA requires that recreational programs offered by the Park District be available in the most integrated setting appropriate for each individual.

If you have any questions about the Park District's policy regarding ADA or believe you have been discriminated against by the Park District, contact our ADA Compliance Officers. A procedure is available for the resolution of complaints.
