The Dundee Township Park District offers sports throughout the year for adults ages 18 and up. These programs include:

Basketball League (18 years and older)
Six to ten teams will play a ten-game regular season, followed by a single elimination tournament no individual registrations; teams only.
Women's Volleyball League (18 years and older)
The Women's League will be split into two (competitive and recreational) divisions if there are enough teams. Registration deadline and league fee are due Sept. 18.
30+ Soccer - Friday
Teams will play a 15 game regular season followed by a single elimination playoff tournament. Team registration only. Captains will be required to attend a captains meeting prior to start date.
Adult 50+ Softball 12" | 50 years & older
This is for a player looking for some friendly competition and some exercise. Players will have an hour of batting practice before each game. Teams will be split up as evenly as possible. Can't make all the dates? Don't worry, and your fee is for the entire year. Please call us at (847) 428-7131 for more information.
Co-Ed Softball 16" | 55 years & older
You are invited to play 16" softball with a friendly, fun-loving group. This is just for fun, like at a family picnic. Ladies are invited, too. No prizes, no awards, just fun. Haven't played in fifty years? Can't judge a fly ball? Can't throw very far? Who cares! Join us for some fresh air, exercise, and laughs. Please call us at (847) 428-7131 for more information.

Adult Leagues
Pickleball Clinic- Intermediate 25330
Looking to elevate your game? Join this weekly intermediate clinic to refine your skills in the areas of strategic shot placement, effective volleying and advanced serving techniques. The clinic will also focus on improving footwork, court positioning and teamwork strategies for doubles play. Players will engage in drills and fun games to enhance their consistency, power and accuracy while learning to read opponents' movements and anticipate plays. Build your confidence and competitive edge on the court! Registration can either be per day or for the full the 6 weeks.
Women's Vball League 27051
The women's league will be one division unless enough teams are registered to make 2. Registration deadline and league fee are due March 30th. Please check our website for the league schedule. Contact the Athletic Supervisor at (847)428-7131 x2206 for more information.
Men's Soccer - Sun 27512
Teams will play a 15 game regular season followed by a single elimination playoff tournament. Team registration only. Captains will be required to attend a captains meeting prior to the start date. The date of the meeting is TBD.

Pickleball Clinic- Advanced Beginner 25325
This Pickleball Clinic is a continuation of the beginners class. This is for players with some knowledge and are working on hitting the ball consistently. We will incorporate strategies with serves and returns, better shot placements, different shots, footwork and movement and communication with your partner.
Pickleball Clinic- Beginner 25320
This Pickleball Clinic is geared toward beginners who want stroke instruction/practice combined with play. The drill session/play is designed to help beginners understand the various strokes, engage in limited repetitive practice of these strokes and use them during gameplay. Each week we will emphasize 1-2 strokes and incorporate strategies for using them while playing.
Pickleball Clinic- Youth 35390
Led by two local teachers & advanced players, this all levels pickleball youth clinic will provide comprehensive instruction tailored to every skill level, from beginners to advanced players. Participants can expect dynamic drills, strategy sessions, and personalized feedback to enhance their game, fostering both individual improvement and a strong sense of teamwork within the group. Game play and competition will be included!
Pickleball League- Beginner 25385
This league follows a round-robin format, with each player participating in six games per 2 hour round. In each game, players will be paired with a different partner and play against a new pair of opponents, with pairs assigned randomly at the season's start. At the end of the season, the top four players with the most points will compete in a best-of-three championship match to determine the winner. A beginner player is considered a player that has is still learning how to play the game. They have some experience and are continuing to learn strategies of how to play the game.
Pickleball Round Robin League- Competitive 25390
This league follows a round-robin format, with each player participating in six games per 2 hour round. In each game, players will be paired with a different partner and play against a new pair of opponents, with pairs assigned randomly at the season's start. At the end of the season, the top four players with the most points will compete in a best-of-three championship match to determine the winner. A competitive player should display consistent and dependable strokes, including directional control and depth on both forehand and backhand shots. Reliable serves, lobs, overheads, approach shots and volleys with the ability to use some spin shots.
Pickleball
What Is It?
A fun sport that combines many elements of tennis, badminton, and ping-pong.
- It can be played indoors or outdoors
- Played singles 1 vs. 1 or doubles 2 vs. 2
- Equipment includes a paddle and a hard plastic ball with holes
- Enjoyed by all ages!
Outdoor Courts & Drop-In Play
Dundee Township Park District offers outdoor pickleball at two community parks on the tennis courts. These courts are free to use. Paddles and balls are not provided.
- Grafelman Park - one court - 4th St. & Main St., West Dundee
- Lions Park - one court - 570 Penny Rd., East Dundee
Courts are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Pickleball Open Gym
During scheduled open gym times, the District offers opportunities to play pickleball indoors in the Rakow Center and Randall Oaks Recreation Center gymnasiums

Pickleball Lessons (18+ years)
Monday–Friday, 7:00 am–4:00 pm | Rakow Center (outdoor during summer months)
Lessons will focus on teaching the rules and fundamentals of the game with fun on court play and repetitive drills. Players will advance their understanding of the game strategies and shot development with practical application on court. All levels of instruction is available. Customized drill sessions available.

Individual: 60 minutes - $60
Duo: 60 minutes - $50 per person
Custom Group (4 people): 60 minutes for 5-week session $125 each person
Indoor Pickleball League
All league play will be doubles and self-scored/refereed. Please enroll one team member for registration. Each league will consist of 8 weekly matches followed by a one-week single elimination playoff bracket. If you are interested in playing but do not have a partner, register as a single player, and we will work to find you a partner. Players must bring their own paddle; pickleball will be provided.

Racquetball
Enjoy the exciting and fast-paced sport of racquetball at one of the Rakow Center's courts. Each court offers hardwood floors and climate control; two boast glass back walls. The courts may also be transformed for wallyball play. Come and enjoy the best-maintained courts in the area.

Permanent Court Time (PCT)
Court time can be purchased for $1.00 less per hour; 12-week minimum is required. Court Time Request forms are available at the Rakow Center.
Racquetball Court Reservations
Patrons may reserve court time up to seven days in advance, with a maximum of two hours or two courts per reservation. Cancellation policy for court reservations: Reserved courts must be canceled with at least 24 hours notice. Persons canceling a court reservation with less than 24 hours notice may be charged the full court fee.
Racquetball Challenge
Th event includes singles, doubles and cut-throat play. Men and women of all skill levels are welcome, and all courts are available. For every three players we will light an additional court.

Wallyball
This game will have you bouncing off the walls! All three of our racquetball courts are designed to accommodate wallyball play, which is similar to volleyball, but you can hit off the walls! Stop in today and make your reservation!
