The Dundee Township Park District offers sports throughout the year for adults ages 18 and up. These programs include:

Basketball (18 years and older)
Six to ten teams will play a ten-game regular season, followed by a single elimination tournament no individual registrations; teams only.
Women's Volleyball (18 years and older)
The Women's League will be split into two (competitive and recreational) divisions if there are enough teams. Registration deadline and league fee are due Sept. 18.
Adult 50+ Softball 12" | 50 years & older
This is for a player looking for some friendly competition and some exercise. Players will have an hour of batting practice before each game. Teams will be split up as evenly as possible. Can't make all the dates? Don't worry, and your fee is for the entire year. Please call us at (847) 428-7131 for more information.
Co-Ed Softball 16" | 55 years & older
You are invited to play 16" softball with a friendly, fun-loving group. This is just for fun, like at a family picnic. Ladies are invited, too. No prizes, no awards, just fun. The Dundee Township Park District is hosting our Inaugural Dodgeball Tournament. All games will be played on Saturday Oct 26. Game times and tournament format will be released on Oct 18. If you have questions please contact Shane Varvil 847-428-7131x2206.
Youth Flag Football (7 on 7) 47000
The DTPD Flag Football League will be partnering with Huntley and Hampshire Park Districts to offer our annual fall program. This program provides an introduction to football and is great for boys and girls who choose not to play tackle football. The program utilizes many of the guidelines set up by the NFL Flag Football Program while implementing some of our own ideas to help fit the needs of our community. The program's emphasis is on football's basic skills, including passing, pass catching, defending and running. Players will also learn about competition and sportsmanship. Teams will practice during the weeknights with games on Saturday mornings. All practices are held at Randall Oaks Recreation Center. Games will be held at Randall Oaks as well as other competing park districts. Each player will receive a team jersey. Flags will be provided to the players before each practice and game. Practices will begin the third week in August (tentative). Players will be contacted by a coach one week prior to their first practice. Volunteer coaches are needed for this program. Youth Soccer - DTPD Outdoor Fall Program 47186
Players will practice during the week and play games on Saturday. Some weeknight or Sunday games may be necessary. Due to the size of the program, we are unable to honor special requests. Team placements are solely at the discretion of the Dundee Township Park District. Coaches will contact team members prior to the first practice. A special registration form is required and may be picked up at either Recreation Center. Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note that the age requirements have changed and you are able to play up a level if you choose. If you choose to play up a level, you will need to register in person at one of our recreation centers. Uniforms: Shin guards are mandatory (not provided), Soccer shoes optional but recommended, shirt/socks included in fee. Pee Wee Soccer - Sports R Us 42962
This program is perfect for toddlers who are full of energy and parents who are looking for an introduction to soccer for their child. With the use of smaller sized soccer balls, players will learn the basic skills of dribbling, passing, shooting, and goaltending. Instructors will work with participants on good sportsmanship, participation, and teamwork. This is a great class for both boys and girls! ~ Games will be played at the end of each class. Contractual

This 6-week camp is designed to work on your overall game. Get ready for the next season with this competitive class to advance your skills. Offense and defense strategies will be covered thoroughly. Most of the class focuses on improving your skills. Our speed training session is built to make our participants faster, stronger, and more agile athletes. Be the fastest kid on the court! Pre-K/Kindergarten Soccer League 47185
This program will focus on the fundamentals of soccer. Each participant will be assigned to a team with a volunteer parent coach. Players will learn rules and focus on developing soccer skills. Instructional games will be held on Saturdays. Practices will be assigned for one day during the week. Practice will start the week mid August. Games will be scheduled on Saturdays beginning at 9:00 am on September 9. Your assigned coach will contact you regarding team assignments, practice times, and game schedule. Uniforms: shin guards are mandatory, but not provided. Soccer shoes are optional but recommended. A jersey is included in the fee. REGISTRATION
Lil Pint Basketball - Sports R Us 42950
Slam dunk fun in this pint-sized class. With the use of age-appropriate equipment, participants will start building the fundamentals for simple drills. Participants will learn skills in passing, shooting, dribbling, and the rules of the game. Teamwork, participation, and good sportsmanship are all stressed throughout the class. Soccer/Basketball Combo - Sports R Us 47400
This program is perfect for little ones who are full of energy and parents who are looking for an introduction to soccer and basketball. Soccer Speed/Agility - Sports R Us 42967
Join us forJoin us for a non-competitive, skill development program. We will go over the basic skills of dribbling, passing, shooting, goaltending, and positions. There will be weekly progress on the technical aspects of the game. Our speed and agility training session is built to make our participants faster, stronger, and more agile athletes. We use SKLZ equipment for our class which multiple coaches and trainers highly recommend. Games are played at the end of each class. Contractual

We are partnering with the Hampshire Park District to offer a new Youth Volleyball League. Teams will practice one night a week either on Monday or Friday beginning October 15. Additionally, teams will play a 6 game schedule beginning on October 26. Games will be played at both the Randall Oaks Recreation Center and Hampshire Park District. Volunteer coaches are needed! Beginning Basketball - Sports R Us 42963
Boys and Girls alike will enjoy learning the skills to advance them in the world of basketball. Come join us for our indoor pickleball league! All league play will be doubles and self-scored/refereed. Please enroll one team member for registration. Each league will consist of 8 weekly matches followed by a single elimination playoff bracket. If you are interested in playing but do not have a partner, register as a single player and we will work to find you a partner. Players must bring their own paddle; pickleballs will be provided. Beginner/Non-Competitive League: This league is dedicated to those still learning the game who want to play in a non-competitive atmosphere. Skill rating: 1.0-2.5
Pickleball Clinic 45500
This Pickleball Clinic is geared toward beginners who want stroke instruction/practice combined with play. The drill session/play is designed to help beginners understand the various strokes, engage in limited repetitive practice of these strokes and use them during gameplay. Each week we will emphasize 1-2 strokes and incorporate strategies for using them while playing.

Outdoor Courts & Drop-In Play
Dundee Township Park District offers outdoor pickleball at two community parks on the tennis courts. These courts are free to use. Paddles and balls are not provided.

Racquetball
Enjoy the exciting and fast-paced sport of racquetball at one of the Rakow Center's courts. Each court offers hardwood floors and climate control; two boast glass back walls. The courts may also be transformed for wallyball play. Come and enjoy the best-maintained courts in the area.

Permanent Court Time (PCT)
Court time can be purchased for $1.00 less per hour; 12-week minimum is required. Court Time Request forms are available at the Rakow Center.
Racquetball Court Reservations
Patrons may reserve court time up to seven days in advance, with a maximum of two hours or two courts per reservation. Cancellation policy for court reservations: Reserved courts must be canceled with at least 24 hours notice. Persons canceling a court reservation with less than 24 hours notice may be charged the full court fee.
Wallyball
This game will have you bouncing off the walls! All three of our racquetball courts are designed to accommodate wallyball play, which is similar to volleyball, but you can hit off the walls! Stop in today and make your reservation!
