About Our Program

Circle of Friends (COF) is a safe, supervised environment for families in need of extended child care. Staff organizes a variety of recreational activities during the program. Care is available up to 3, 4, or 5 days a week at the school your child attends. Dundee Township Park District does not provide transportation for Circle of Friends.

2025-2026 School Year Registration

ONLINE REGISTRATION IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR THIS PROGRAM.

Improperly submitted and/or early registrations will not be accepted. Please read below carefully.

Registration (new and returning) must be completed each school year.
Currently all sites are full but paperwork is being accepted for the waitlist. Depending on availability at your site, you will have to wait at least a minimum of two weeks before your child's enrollment will be processed.
In order to be considered for possible enrollment, the following must be dropped off or emailed to COF@dtpd.org
- SIGNED Registration Form
- SIGNED Credit/Debit Form AM or PM or both AM & PM-for Liberty only
A receipt will be emailed showing your waitlist position. No payment is due to be on the waitlist. Payment will be due at enrollment.

Registrations can be submitted any time during the school year. Enrollment will be based on availability.

Note: DTPD cannot accept Flexible Spending Account cards or state funding. Scholarship information can be found here. Additional fees may apply for absences. See the Circle of Friends Parent Guide for details.

Payments from your credit/debit account will be divided equally over 10 months beginning at the time of registration through April. The fees are based on 175 school days divided equally. Registration fee $40/participant, one time fee for AM & PM registration.

Financial Assistance Available

The Corey Siers Memorial Scholarship provides financial assistance for participation in the Before/After School Care program. The scholarship is intended to benefit residents in temporary financial need. Applications are available below and at both the Rakow Center and Randall Oaks Recreation Center. Application and supporting documents can be submitted with the Circle of Friends application.
