Request for Proposals (RFPs) and Bids

The Dundee Township Park District publishes Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Qualifications (RFQs), and bid specifications for various projects, programs, and products. Bids, RFPs and RFQs, are published in local newspapers in compliance with local, state, and federal laws. A summary of current project descriptions is listed below. Details are available by contacting the department specified in the announcement. You may also contact the department by phone, mail, or email to request to be included on a list of vendors surveyed for specific projects.

The Dundee Township Park District will attempt to timely post any addenda on this website; however, potential vendors/contractors shall remain responsible for obtaining all addenda to the original specifications prior to the proposal/bid deadline. Digital copies may also be obtained by emailing davepeterson@dtpd.org. Dundee Township Park District shall not be responsible for any other source of information received or not received through this source.

Listed below are current and past projects for which the Dundee Township Park District has advertised for bids or requested proposals. The Park District does not maintain vendor lists for future work or bids. Interested vendors should watch our website and local newspapers regularly.
