Led by Juan Lucero along with 5 of his talented sons, Cielito Lindo is a musical family that captivates audiences with their beautiful renditions of mariachi classics and Mexican folk music from there home city of Chicago since 2015. Recognized for their exceptional talent, the Lucero family has graced prestigious platforms such as Nickelodeon's "America's Most Musical Family," Univision, Chicago Tonight, WGN, Chicago Bulls, and even Lollapalooza. As a band, Cielito Lindo is a regular part of cultural family celebrations around the midwest region including quinceañeras, birthdays, weddings and baptisms.
Our story:
The musical journey of the Lucero family began in 2006 when the two eldest boys started performing alongside their father in New Mexico. As fourth-generation musicians, music runs deep in their veins. In 2015, this large family of nine moved from their home state of New Mexico to Chicago to pursue their artistic dreams and have been making waves in the Midwest music scene ever since.
