Renew Active® (Ages 65+)

Our Fitness Centers are an approved United Healthcare Renew Active® Fitness program. This benefit is included in many Medicare health plans and provides complimentary Fitness Membership to seniors! To confirm program eligibility, call UnitedHealthcare/Medicare/Medicaid or visit the Renew Active® website and obtain your 10-digit ID number. Bring that ID number to either fitness center location to enjoy your complimentary membership.

Silver Sneakers (Ages 65+)

Our Fitness Centers are an approved Healthways SilverSneakers® Fitness program. This benefit is included in many Medicare health plans and provides complimentary Fitness Membership to seniors! To confirm program eligibility, call Medicare or visit the Silver Sneakers® website and obtain your 16-digit ID number. Bring that ID number to either fitness center location to enjoy your complimentary membership.

To confirm eligibility, visit the SilverSneakers® website. Then bring the SilverSneakers® card or 16-digit Healthways ID number to either Fitness Center to sign up for a complimentary Fitness Membership.

Military

Active duty military personnel receive a complimentary annual membership with verification of current active service.


Military Veterans

Healthy Minds Healthy Bodies® program is for veterans with 1+ years of service*. It includes a FREE on-year membership to the DTPD Fitness Centers for both the veteran and a workout partner of their choice. Also included are 15 FREE personal training sessions for the veteran and future ½ price fitness passes for both veteran and partner after completion of this one-year program. Call the  Fitness Center for details or to take a tour at (847) 428-7131 x2502.

Healthy Minds Healthy Bodies Veterans must meet the following qualifications, which must be verified:

  • Honorable/medical discharge on DD214
  • 10% disability rating or higher assigned by the VA
  • Disability rating applied for, in medical review, or under appeal
  • Non-service connected injury, a note from your civilian doctor, or a general endorsement from a VA counselor, VOC/PVA representative
