To update or delete a card, go to the dropdown arrow beneath the household number, select 'My Payment Methods', and follow the steps.
Log into your WebTrac account
- Go to the WebTrac login page and enter your credentials.
- Once logged in, locate the household number at the top of the page.

- Click the dropdown arrow beneath the household number.
- Select “My Payment Methods”
- From the dropdown menu, choose My Payment Methods.
- Update or Delete Your Card
- To update, click on the existing card and edit the details as needed.
- To delete, select the card and choose the delete option.
- Save Changes
