To update or delete a card, go to the dropdown arrow beneath the household number, select 'My Payment Methods', and follow the steps.

Log into your WebTrac account

  1. Go to the WebTrac login page and enter your credentials.
  2. Once logged in, locate the household number at the top of the page.

  3. Follow the steps shown in the screenshot:  Look for the household number at the top of your WebTrac dashboard. Click the small dropdown arrow right below it. From the menu that appears, select “My Payment Methods” to manage your saved cards.
  4. Click the dropdown arrow beneath the household number.
  5. Select “My Payment Methods”
  6. From the dropdown menu, choose My Payment Methods.
  7. Update or Delete Your Card
    • To update, click on the existing card and edit the details as needed.
    • To delete, select the card and choose the delete option.
  8. Save Changes
