Classes are subject to change and cancellation. Notices will be posted on the main entrance of the fitness facility.

For group exercise classes, patrons as young as 12 may join classes.

Classes run 45-55 minutes unless otherwise noted in the class description. 

Most classes are light to moderate intensity. Class formats have modifications to accommodate all different levels of fitness. Please let your fitness class instructor know if you are new to the class or need modifications so they can offer you exercise options.

The only equipment that we encourage you to bring is your own yoga mat.
