No! ePACT makes it easy for families. After your initial information has been inputted, it can then be shared with all your connected organizations program-after-program, and year-after-year. If information changes at any time, you can update it in one place, and it will automatically be updated across all organizations you have shared your record with.

Any changes to or to check the email on your account, you can log into your RecTrac account or contact either Park District's front desk.

Through your household account on the Park District's registration software, RecTrac. Please make sure that the main household member's email address is correct. This is the email that ePACT will use to send initial communications.

To obtain your QR code for pickup, you must log in to the ePACT system. The QR code acts as a token and changes each time you log in. Do not screenshot the QR Codes. Access the live QR code directly from the system each time you drop off or pick up. This ensures the security and accuracy of the pickup process. 

In the ePACT system, this involves selecting the dependent and assigning the appropriate guardian from the list. This step is crucial for ensuring that all legal and emergency information is correctly associated with each child.

Before you start the process, gather all the necessary information, including:

  • Recent photos of dependents/participants, parents and pick-up list ready to be uploaded.
  • Emergency contact details including phone number and email addresses for at least 1-2 contacts.

After you have completed camp registration, you will receive a request from ePACT within 12 hours. It's important to wait for this request before proceeding with any further steps. This request will guide you through the necessary actions to complete your setup.
