Step Aerobics for Beginners & Beyond teaches you basic movements and patterns. Don’t have a step? Just do the class “on the floor”! Spice things up with MixxedFit® which adds explosive and body toning movements to your favorite songs. The choreography is simple, repetitive and easy to follow allowing you to create your own intensity. Called ‘exercise in disguise’, Zumba is a high energy, low impact, calorie-burning cardio workout. Dance like nobody’s watching!!

Challenge all your major muscle groups by using the best weight room exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls in varying tempos and ranges of motion. Or, work your core, balance and stabilization thru a variety of non-traditional but safe strength and toning exercises. Using proper technique is so important to avoid injury and to achieve the results you are working toward. We offer a Technique Class – Weights showing you proper body alignment, stances, grips and variations for muscle specific exercises. This type of functional training crosses over into daily activities increasing your strength, muscle endurance and definition and improving your posture, balance, flexibility and bone density. These are workouts you’ll come back to time after time!
