Beginners Playlist

Fusion Playlist
Here is a group of classes that combine or “fuse” different class formats, usually cardio with resistance. Many are interval training, which is one of the most effective training methods for increasing your cardiovascular and physical fitness. Modifications are offered allowing you to take these workouts to your own level. When using equipment, proper body alignment, stances, grips and variations are shown for muscle specific strength exercises. Challenge yourself to burn the max amount of calories and exceed your expectations!

Step Aerobics for Beginners & Beyond teaches you basic movements and patterns. Don’t have a step? Just do the class “on the floor!” Spice things up with MixxedFit® which adds explosive and body toning movements to your favorite songs. The choreography is simple, repetitive and easy to follow allowing you to create your own intensity. Called ‘exercise in disguise’, Zumba is a high energy, low impact, calorie-burning cardio workout. Or, work your core, balance and stabilization thru a variety of non-traditional but safe strength and toning exercises. Using proper technique is so important to avoid injury and to achieve the results you are working toward. We offer a Technique Class – Weights showing you proper body alignment, stances, grips and variations for muscle specific exercises. This type of functional training crosses over into daily activities increasing your strength, muscle endurance and definition and improving your posture, balance, flexibility and bone density.
