Have your current fitness levels evaluated? The results are used to create a well-rounded program designed to meet your specific goals and needs. An evaluation consists of health history, goal-setting, previous exercise history, resting health measurement and benefits of personal training. Component of physical fitness evaluated include cardiovascular endurance, body composition, flexibility, muscular endurance, and muscular strength.

TRX® Training – 16 years and older
Suspension Training with TRX® Certified Personal Trainer gives you a scalable, sustainable, fun, effective approach to help you achieve your personal best. Using TRX®’s revolutionary equipment and body weight program, you will achieve maximum strength and flexibility. Each session is 45 minutes.
