Registration Information

Registration begins for the 2024/2025 school year on the following dates:

• Priority Registration Begins (Current Students & Alumni Families) Saturday, January 13, 2024
• Resident Registration Begins Saturday, January 20, 2024
• Nonresident Registration Begins Saturday, January 27, 2024

Enrollment/Payment Procedures

• A completed registration form, a photocopy of your child's birth certificate, a photocopy of your child's most current immunization record, proof of residency (something with your address, such as a utility bill, tax bill, etc.) and the automatic payment authorization form filled out completely, are required to enroll your child(ren) in the program.
• Payment to cover the first month, plus a $40 non-refundable registration fee per child, is due upon registration. Monthly fees are from August through April.
• Payments will be deducted electronically from your credit/debit card on the 1st of every month. The Park District does not accept cash or checks for this program unless paid in full.
• Registration forms will be accepted at the Rakow Center and Randall Oaks Recreation Center.
• $40 non-refundable registration fee not included
• 10% Sibling Discount
• Save 5% when paying in full!
• At this time, DTPD cannot accept Flexible Spending Account cards for payment.

Who is a Dundee Township Park District Resident?

The Dundee Township Park District serves the communities of Carpentersville, East Dundee, West Dundee, Sleepy Hollow and portions of Elgin, Barrington Hills, Hoffman Estates, Gilberts, and Algonquin. To accurately determine if you are a Dundee Township Park District resident, check your real estate tax bill or view the map. If you pay taxes to Dundee Township, then you are a resident. To receive resident rates, you must produce a valid driver's license and a current property tax bill or utility bill verifying residency at that location.
