Group Exercise Schedules

Our group exercise program includes a variety of cardio, strength, and flexibility classes. Our instructors are skilled at making fitness approachable for all skill levels, so please let your instructor know if you are new to a class or would like modifications.

We offer various exercise classes at the Rakow Center and Randall Oaks Recreation Center. All group exercise classes are free for Fitness Center Members and are available for men and women ages 12 years and older.

For more information, call the Group Exercise Coordinator at (847) 428-7131 x2303. Unless otherwise noted, classes are held in the Group Exercise Studio at Randall Oaks Recreation Center or the East/West Dundee Room at the Rakow Center. Group exercise class times include set-up and tear-down of equipment. If you are a new participant, please arrive five minutes before the scheduled class start time for initial instruction. Classes are not held when the Fitness Center is closed.

How do I join?

Before the start of your class, check in with the fitness desk. You can pay a drop-in fee or scan in with your membership card.
