Join us throughout the summer for this great workout. This class will jump start your weekend with a clear mind and refreshed body. We will be doing Vinyasa Yoga. Please bring your own yoga mat, towel and water bottle; do not eat within one hour of class.
Program will not take place on scheduled date if there is inclement weather.
