In addition to viewing, petting, and feeding our animals, the Randall Oaks Zoo offers unique programs for children of all ages. The goal of our Nature & Zoo programs is to educate and encourage children to participate in the preservation of our natural areas and the animals that live within them through hands-on projects and activities.

Valentines for the Animals 18320

Celebrate animals by making your Zoo friends Valentine's Day treats! We will have a Valentine's Day party for ourselves and then go outside and feed the animals. The fee is per child, and one parent can participate with the child for free.

Wildlife Artists 18340

Learn how to draw animal portraits like a wildlife artist. We will visit the animals at the Zoo's World of Wonders and draw from life to learn quick sketches and observe animal anatomy and movement. We will use acrylic paints, graphite, charcoal, and colored pencils to create.
