Individual Training

The best and most efficient way to reach your fitness goals is to enlist the guidance of a personal trainer. Let our nationally certified trainers develop a detailed fitness regimen specifically for you. We'll work with you to define your personal fitness goals and keep you motivated and focused while achieving them! Personal training is available for DTPD fitness members only.

Each session is 60 minutes long. Purchase multiple sessions to receive discounted rates.

How to Get Started

It's easy to start with a Dundee Township Park District Personal Trainer!  

  1. Visit either of our Fitness Center locations.
  2. Complete a Personal Training Request Form.
  3. If desired, choose the trainer you'd like to work with based on the bios provided below and the Fitness Center location that works best for you.
  4. Your trainer will call you within 48-72 hours to schedule a one-time 60-minute intake session. This intake session is a chance for the trainer to learn about your goals, medical history, and expectations. The intake session is included in the cost of your first 60-minute training session.
  5. A personalized fitness plan will be created for you during your first training session.
  6. Initial sign up and payment can be made at the Fitness Desk. Following your first session,
    your personal trainer will work directly with you to schedule your sessions.
