Ai Chi - This class is designed to strengthen and tone the body while promoting relaxation, flexibility, increasing metabolism and establishing body-mind connection. Beginner Flexibility & Toning - This class is great for postsurgery rehabilitation, orthopedic/neurological conditions, i.e., Scoliosis, Fibromyalgia, Arthritis, and TIA. Basic movements will be taught. Water Cardio & Toning - This low impact class, focuses on cardiovascular conditioning and includes toning and stretching. Water Fitness 12 years & older* Classes are designed for both men and women. You do not need to know how to swim to take the class. Our instructors are trained and certified through the Aquatic Exercise Association (AEA). Classes are great for weight management, improving flexibility, muscle toning and strengthening. *Children, ages 12-15 years old, must be accompanied by an adult (18 years or older) in the water and must be able to follow instructions without disruption. The first Water Fitness class is FREE so that you can decide what class is best for you. Classes are ongoing and there is no expiration date on the coupons.
