You will start with the basics to give you a good foundation learning about your camera modes, aperture, shutter speed, depth of field, close-up flower photos, methods of focus and ISO, and taking picture in manual mode. At the end of this class you will have an understanding of your camera and gear so you can use them to their fullest potential. This class will have no specific camera customization, look for camera brand classes to learn how to customize your camera. Contractual 34210-00 June 4-25 Sa/10:30 am-12:00 pm $78(R)/$98(NR) RORC Macro Close Up Photography 16 years & older Join our class to discuss and practice how to accomplish sharply focused flowers, bugs and other small objects. After learning focusing techniques, we will discuss how to control the lighting and exposure to really make your images pop. Explore new techniques and learn about different lenses and filters to help you accomplish your small world photography. Participants must bring a DSLR or mirrorless camera to class, including lenses. The use of a tripod is highly recommended and encouraged. Do you need help starting the downloading first? In this class you will learn the different edit modes to make editing faster and simpler. But what if you want to dive into editing your photos even more? For example, making the photo part black and white? Or blurring a background of the photo that just did not blur that much? This is the class for you! Come learn all the different ways to edit your photos and improve them or get really creative with the photos! You will learn while working hands on with your photos and get answers on the spot. Here are just a few of the things we will cover in class: learn how to use the toolbar, edit RAW photos, blurring backgrounds, turning color photos to black and white, correcting dark/bright photos, layering, and many more techniques. Now is the perfect time! In this relaxed, small-class environment you will learn Spanish conversation, grammar, and phonetics which you can immediately begin using. In the saddle, you will learn the basics of riding at the walk and trot. Lessons will be held in our indoor arena during inclement weather. The first day of class is orientation and groundwork. Riders should wear jeans or Jodhpurs pants and hard-soled riding or hiking boots with a small, low heel. Bring an approved riding helmet or bicycle helmet. Make up class held at the end of the six weeks.
