Information

Our three-lane indoor track, located inside the gymnasium, offers ample space for both walkers and runners. The track is free and open to the public during regular building hours, providing a safe and accessible environment for fitness and recreation. (14 laps = 1 mile)

Track Closure Notice

Please note that the indoor track will be closed on the following days to accommodate scheduled programming:

• Saturdays from January 10 through March 7
• Sundays from November 9 through March 8

Rules

To ensure safety and enjoyment for all:

• Children 12 years and older are welcome to use the track independently.
• Children ages 6–11 may use the track with adult supervision.
• Children 5 years and younger are not permitted on the track.
• Please note that strollers and street shoes are not allowed on the track.

Whirlpool & Sauna Policy/Etiquette

• The maximum number of people in the whirlpool shall not exceed 8
• The sauna and whirlpool are available to ALL members and anyone paying a daily fee or using a guest pass.
• All patrons must be 16 years of age or older to use the whirlpool and sauna.
• Persons should not spend more than 15 minutes in the whirlpool at any one session
• Showers are required before using the whirlpool and sauna.
• The posted whirlpool user capacity shall not be exceeded.
• Keys for access to the whirlpool and sauna are available at the fitness center desk. Current membership or identification is required to obtain a key. All keys must be returned to obtain your ID back.
• Elderly persons and those suffering from heart disease, diabetes, high blood pressure, using prescriptions, or pregnant women should consult their physicians before using the whirlpool/sauna.
• A person under the influence of alcohol or drugs shall not use the whirlpool.
• No person shall run or engage in activities that might disturb and/or endanger others in or around the whirlpool/sauna.
• No food or drink is allowed in the whirlpool/sauna area.
• Individuals must wear a lined swimsuit in the whirlpool.
• Emergency numbers & first aid kit available at the fitness center front desk.
