Are you curious about essential oils? Essential oils can be used in many ways and are thought to have many benefits. This four-week interactive class will explore what essential oils are, what they do, where you can get them and how to use them safely and inexpensively. Police Physical Achievement Test (P-Pat) | 18 years & older
In recognizing the importance of physical fitness in the performance of essential law enforcement duties, the Illinois Law Enforcement Training and Standards Board has established the Peace Officer Wellness Evaluation Report (POWER) test to be provided to each candidate prior to entering the police academy. The Police Physical Achievement Test (P-PAT) is now being offered by the Dundee Township Park District and is open to all police officer candidates looking to begin their careers in law enforcement. The Police Physical Achievement Test (P-PAT) will consist of the following four basic tests: Sit and Reach test, 1 Minute Sit-up test, 1 Repetition Maximum Bench Press and the 1.5 Mile Run. At the end of the test, the candidate will be given a score sheet with the test results and whether the POWER test standards have been met.

Friendship, Yoga & Wine | 21 years & older
Celebrate Spring with an evening of friendship, yoga and wine! The evening begins with a time of gathering and a complimentary glass of wine, cash bar also available. Then we move onto the class, offering a variety of yoga styles. Beginners and advanced are welcome! Gathering time: 6:00-7:00 pm (no drinks served after 7:00 pm). All participants must register at the Randall Oaks Recreation Center or Rakow Center prior to participating in this class. No online registration will be accepted. No program registration will be accepted at the Randall Oaks Golf Club.
