An evaluation consists of health history, goal-setting, previous exercise history, resting health measurement and benefits of personal training. Component of physical fitness evaluated include cardiovascular endurance, body composition, flexibility, muscular endurance, and muscular strength.

Small Group Training (4-6 people)
Get your family or friends to exercise together. This group is personalized to your group’s specific needs. We will incorporate many aspects of fitness including cardio, strength, flexibility and balance as well as nutrition. This is your chance to have fun with your family or friends and learn a healthier lifestyle together. This group session will be offered once a week, for 6 weeks (at a variety of times) to ensure each group has their own private session with their trainer.

Suspension Training with TRX® Certified Personal Trainer gives you a scalable, sustainable, fun, effective approach to help you achieve your personal best. Using TRX®’s revolutionary equipment and body weight program, you will achieve maximum strength and flexibility. Each session is 45 minutes.
