How to Get Started

It's easy to start with a Dundee Township Park District Personal Trainer!  

  1. Visit either of our Fitness Center locations.
  2. Complete a Personal Training Request Form.
  3. If desired, choose the trainer you'd like to work with based on the bios provided below and the Fitness Center location that works best for you.
  4. Your trainer will call you within 48-72 hours to schedule a one-time 60-minute intake session. This intake session is a chance for the trainer to learn about your goals, medical history, and expectations. The intake session is included in the cost of your first 60-minute training session.
  5. A personalized fitness plan will be created for you during your first training session.
  6. Initial sign up and payment can be made at the Fitness Desk. Following your first session,
    your personal trainer will work directly with you to schedule your sessions.
