Bball 7th-8th Grade 37207
Sign up for our Summer Basketball League! The Dundee Township Park District has partnered with the Huntley and Hampshire Park Districts to offer one of our most popular winter programs in the summer. Each team will have a volunteer coach. Parents interested in coaching, please complete a volunteer coach's application online or at one of our recreation centers. Fun and skill development will be emphasized. Each team will practice at least once a week. Practice days, times, and locations will vary based on grade level and which team your child is placed on. Practices will start the week of June 8 for all leagues. Game days are primarily on Saturdays. Some Sunday and weeknight games may be scheduled if needed. Teams may play away games against other surrounding towns. This will be determined based on the number of teams in each league. Times, dates, and locations will be provided for the entire season before the first scheduled game. T-Shirts will be given to 1st-2nd grade, and jerseys will be given to grades 3rd-8th for game days . The Athletic Supervisor will form teams for grades 1-4. Evaluations will be held for all players in grades 5th-8th followed by a player draft to form teams. Players are not required to attend evaluations, but it is recommended. PLAYERS ARE TO REGISTER FOR THE GRADE THEY WILL BE ENTERING IN THE 2026/2027 SCHOOL YEAR.
